What is the SMV method?
The SMV method stands for MINIMUM VIABLE SOLUTION, and we gave it that name because it solves a problem, as cheaply and quickly as possible, and is feasible to develop and implement in a way that meets customer requirements.
The methodology is aligned with the philosophy of developing products and services called MVP, but in this case applied to No Code technological solutions. Below is an exemplary image.
How is the proccess?
- We carry out the survey on the client and identify the problems to be solved. We evaluate the client's needs and the tools that best meet their objectives. We present a solution proposal, both technically and economically. With the client's confirmation, We begin the production process. We present a first prototype solution to obtain client feedback. We iterate on the prototype based on the feedback. We develop the final solution. We implement the solution in the client. We train and deliver the documentation and instructions.
