Pricing policy

At IT work we work with the "TURNKEY" system. How is this system?

It consists of setting the value of the project based on the complexity and time required for its development and implementation. Once the project has been implemented, the client becomes the owner and administrator of the solution without having to pay IT work a monthly fee for rights of use, maintenance or support.

If the client wishes to outsource a task to IT work, the value of performing it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Way to pay

In turn, this system is complemented by a payment model called PAY by STEP. Once the final "TURNKEY" price has been established, the total value is divided into STEPS, that is, steps or stages, and the client pays 50% for each stage at the beginning and 50% at the end of each STEP. You only start with the next step when the previous one has been approved and charged. In this way, payments are made as the project progresses.

Non-IT work costs

No Code applications generally have a pricing model called "Fremium", in which the use of these applications has a free version and different paid versions according to the complexity of the solution to be developed.

In IT work we try to build the solution using the free version of the applications, if this is not possible, the client is the one who pays for the use of the app in the version necessary to develop the solution, IT work not having any income through intermediation. In this way, the client has absolute control over the use of the platform on which the solution was built.

*Example: "Customer loyalty":

Problem: The client states that he does not know his clients and a low rate of recurrence.

Solution: Improve engagement (customer commitment/relationship with the company) through a system for capturing customer information loyalty email marketing actions.

Development: A customer management system (CRM) and a customer satisfaction web form are developed, which automatically updates the crm and based on the responses to the form and the registered data, a personalized email is sent to the customer ( thanks, apologies, upselling or cross-selling, etc.).

Value of the solution: €250.

Esteps: 4

Step values and development times

Step 1: 40% of the total, 7 days of development

Step 2: 30% of the total, 7 days of development

Step 3: 20% of the total, 5 days of development

Step 4: 10% of the total, 3 days of development

* the example is fictitious, both the solution and the value, the deadlines and the development stages are exemplary and may not correspond to reality.

Benefit: increased sales in the short term due to cross-selling and opportunity actions, and in the long term due to customer loyalty and sales made to referrals.
